Delete your account
This page explains how to delete your Drive GT360 driver account and what happens to your data. You do not need to sign in to read it or to send a request.
Before you start
Drive GT360 is a workforce app. Your account is created for you by the organization you drive for — an employer or fleet operator — and it exists so they can assign and record your trips. Deleting your account removes your personal data and your access to the app. It does not end your employment, and it does not remove the trip and payroll records your employer has to keep. If you only want to stop sharing your location, you can set your status to Offline in the app instead, which stops location collection without deleting anything.
Delete it yourself in the app
This is the fastest route and it takes effect immediately. In the Drive GT360 app, open Profile, tap Delete Account, and confirm with your password. Your account is deleted right away and you are signed out everywhere.
Ask us to delete it
If you cannot get into the app — you lost access to the device, or you never finished setting up your password — email us and we will do it for you. Send the request from the email address on the account so we can verify it is yours; if you cannot, tell us and we will verify another way.
Email a deletion requestOr write to [email protected] with the subject "Account deletion request". We confirm receipt and complete verified requests within 30 days, and normally much sooner.
What we delete immediately
- Your profile: name, email address, phone number and profile photo.
- Your account credentials and every active session, on all devices.
- Expense records and receipt photos you uploaded.
- Tax documents you uploaded, including your W-9.
- Photos you attached to reports.
What we delete within 30 days
- Your recorded location history, and your geofence entry and exit events. These are removed by an automated daily sweep rather than in the same instant as the account, so there is a short window — at most 30 days, and normally within a day — before they are gone.
What your organization may keep
One category is not ours to erase, and we would rather name it than let you assume otherwise:
- Trip records and payroll history that your employer is legally required to keep for its own accounting and tax obligations. These belong to your organization, not to your personal account.
Your other choices
You can also ask for a copy of your personal data, correct anything that is wrong, or object to specific processing — same address, same 30-day window. Requests that touch records your employer controls are coordinated with your organization. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
